OSCAR
A QR code on the table becomes the menu, the cart and the order.
A guest scans the code on their table and their own phone becomes the menu. They browse in Arabic, French or English, build an order, and send it — no app to install, no account to make, nothing for the restaurant to buy and mount on a wall.
On the other side, the order lands on a staff board the moment it is placed. The floor sees what was ordered and from which table, and moves each ticket through preparation to served without anyone shouting across a kitchen.
The hard parts were not the ordering screens. They were the things a restaurant notices on a busy Friday: a board that updates instantly for every device at once, a menu that reads correctly right-to-left in Arabic, and prices and availability that a manager can change mid-service without redeploying anything.
